Mads has worked in digital learning organisations for more than 10 years, primarily in sales, business development and leadership roles, latest as European General Manager.
Started Blendit Learning together with Peter with a strong desire to help our customers choose the right digital learning solutions that help the organisation, managers, HR, L&D, and employees create change and solve learning and performance problems.

Peter has worked within digital learning for many years in varying roles including Head of Learning, Learning Consultant, and Creative Director.
Started Blendit Learning with his colleague Mads with a strong desire to provide learning that engages employees and actually helps them with their jobs.

Malene has 20 years of experience within learning and communication in roles as Manager, Consultant, Project Manager and Change Manager. Her experience is gained from multiple types of organisations.
In Blendit Learning she is heading the implementation process of Fuse and performs various tasks within learning consultancy, communication, content development and events.

Mathias has a background in Sociology as well as Learning and Innovative Change.
On a daily basis Mathias works closely with customers in both technical and organisational implementations. His focus is to support and consult with customers to create the best learning experiences with the biggest business impact. Mathias has a data driven approach with the aim to deliver engaging, meaningful, and purposeful learning initiatives.

Morten has a background as schoolteacher and is soon completing a master’s degree in Learning and Innovative Change. For the last 10 years, Morten has developed competencies in designing digital learning experiences, facilitating workshops and planning of goal-oriented educational courses by working as a consultant and a teaching aid designer.
At Blendit, Morten works as a Learning Consultant, with a particular focus on advising customers’ use of Fuse in combination with the company’s training needs, by creating modern learning solutions that combine digital and face-to-face activities.

Katharina works as a Learning Consultant where she advises, consults and facilitates blended and digital solutions on learning and developmental initiatives for our customers. In recent years, Katharina has been working with HR, organizational development, change and project management.
Katharina has a Master’s in Learning and Innovative Change where she majored in Education and Competency Development. Furthermore, she is specialized in Managerial Ethics and Performance Management which is her great field of passion.

Currently Emma studies a Master in Learning & Innovative Change and has a degree in Organizational Learning. Besides the experience gained in projects and tasks within Blendit Learning, she is an experienced trainer and communicator and has held positions as an instructor within dance and fitness in 6 years.
In Blendit Emma is a multi-talented profile. First of all, she supports our clients in the use of Fuse, but she also runs several internal development projects from structuring internal knowledge sharing, creating demo sites to supporting implementation.
